This review was already written as a standard message from the app itself, but I am editing this initial statement just to confirm that it reflects my exact feelings about the app; SUPERB! Could not ask for a better news app that keeps me up to date with the most important financial and political news on a daily basis! Great job guys!

Provides a nice insight to the worlds events in a short format. A good way to start the day. Unfortunately only portrait format is supported. The IPad has to stand upright.
  • Great synopsis

The Economist Espresso has become a valuable part of my morning routine. It provides the same quality global reporting and commentary in flowing prose that I have come to expect from the Economist Group. It survey’s recent stories I should know. And it is especially effective at covering global news which others fail to cover. The most valuable part of the Espresso app is its brevity. The app allows me to read the news in a tight morning schedule without going down the online news rabbit hole. Like many, I strive to get the quote every morning as a reward for reading all six pages. Keep up the good work!

Espresso and coffee get me started, 6 days a week. On the 7th day, I fret.

I couldn’t conceive of a morning without a kick start from The Economist! The important things I need to know succinctly — and cleverly — presented in a format for rapid absorption! Bravo Espresso....

I read Espresso everyday, and I've been an Economist subscriber since 1999. The most recent version of Espresso is the best one to date. Navigation between pages and days could be smoother, but overall it’s a pleasure!

Thank you for not having news of Trump every single day and informing on all the other issues that take place around the world.
