  • Huge scam

Signed up for gold, got gold. Their terms say they CAN NOT refund any subscription. I signed up for gold with the promise of 4000+ magazines which is true BUT nearly all the magazines worth reading are an additional cost. After signing up and seeing that I still had to pay more for many magazines i contacted them and they refused to help simply stating their terms do not allow refunds. Poor customer service, and quite frankly if you read mainstream magazines it would be better to get a digital subscription from the magazine directly instead. This company lures you in with some of the most obscure free magazines I have ever seen. My doctors office has a better mix than the free ones they offer here. I feel that giving them one star pains me severely because they should be negative, but you can’t get any lower than that.
  • Very Misleading Program - Buyer Beware!

I am very dissatisfied with this program. Magzter advertises “free” access to thousands of magazines. What they don’t tell you is that you have to pay for half the magazines once you purchase the subscription. I sent them an email shortly after buying a subscription and they refused to give me a refund! Very unhappy customer!
