  • App needs work!

    By Moondogg1171
Two years later and still impossible to get password changed in app. Also, app doesn’t take advantage of password keychain on iOS. Outside of the content, it rate it bleh.
  • This was my favorite app, but now it crashes every time I open it

    By @panamajon
I have the most up to date version but every time I open the app it crashes which is unfortunate since this is my favorite weekly read.
  • Old versions worked but not this

    By Very_Annoyed
This is the only way to easily read offline the whole magazine. Great for flights etc. It no longer works at all—won’t even launch—on my iPhone running the latest version of iOS. So this review is for a poorly designed app. I like their ‘New Yorker today’ but you need good internet for that to work.
  • Used to be better

    By bunkincousins
Many moons ago, when you reopened the NYer app after a day or so, you’d find yourself right where you left off. That’s no longer the case — when you reopen the app after a period longer than a few hours, you’re taken back to the beginning of the article or to some random place in between the start and where you left off. So annoying.
  • The type size is not accessible

    By Brado73
I previewed this, but was unable to get a type size that I was able to read. Being visually impaired, I have the type size on my iPad set very large. This did not work with this particular app, and I was unable to read it.
  • App is not working

The content is great, but the app won’t open anymore.
  • Crashing

    By Dr. Allio
I love the magazine but the app is the worst. Crashes more than 50% of the time.
  • Constantly crashes.

    By FrenchyBP
Terrible app. It crashes if it even opens at all. Fix it!
  • Won’t start

    By GustafEngstrom
