  • The App keeps logging out of my account

    By JazzyMeMeMiMi
Whenever I receive messages from potential employers, I never get the notification because my account is not logged into the app. I also never receive text messages when I get in app messages, even after I set up that feature. I would not recommend this app to anyone. Sittercity has a better functioning app.
  • App is not the best

    By adlina.15
I would say it is alright but what makes me upset is that I can not edit my profile, every time I press the edit button on my profile it glitches and kicks me out the app.
  • This app is awful

I made an account yesterday applied to a job and everything and the next morning it said my email was not registered to them.

This app is faulty. It would be extremely convenient if this worked. Wish they would fix this.
  • Can’t log in

This app is awful I can’t get passed the log in page so I tired the app. Same thing. Why develop an app that doesn’t function at all???
  • Monthly fee

I use to have this app to look for jobs & I recently got it again. The apps new look is great just don’t like the fact of not being able to send them your own message without having to pay a huge amount. Other than that it’s laid out and easy to work.
  • Pay to Play

Please be aware that if you want to see responses to conversations with potential clients, you have to pay for a premium account. AND you will definitely want to have your account bolstered by a background check and driving record; is the platform which has, as recently as April 2018, been in the news for being the App used by predatory sitters who have been charged and, in some instances, sentenced with molesting children. The combination of the background check, driving record, and premium subscription will run you no less than $100. Additionally, I am not amazed by the functionality of the app on iOS. It often appears as if there is no content populating it at all. In summary, I’m beyond disappointed that there wasn’t greater transparency about the usability of the App being tied to the Premium membership. Good luck out there!

1st. The app doesn’t let you easily see the names of the people you are applying to or who may have inquired about you. 2nd. Logging in is a pain when you have an account as both a caregiver and someone looking for care. It constantly thinks I’m using the wrong app no matter the email I use. 3rd. There is no customer support. For $20 a month I should at least be able to change my name after I got married. No such luck. It doesn’t matter how large or small the problem, there is NO customer support. 4th. In what universe does it make sense to have the search options for ages consist of 0-6 months then 6mo-3years? There is a dramatic difference between caring for an infant and an toddler. If they are going to hide ages, at least give a realistic idea as to what can be expected. 5th. If a person is a licensed child care professional, still requires background checks through their company for the “next level” of endorsements. Licensed pros like myself get background checks annually, so I’m not about to pay extra for another check. Terrible app, pretty awful company.
  • Definitely not free!

Great idea, too bad to even talk with families you have to pay. You can’t even give them outside contact info. It’s a complete waste of an app unless you are willing to pay for families to see your profile or even contact you. And it’s not a cute 4.99/per month, it’s 24.99/per month. Ridiculous way to make money, preying on families and people in need of jobs!
