Oftentimes, (revolving) account names only appear with cryptic account numbers and names and it takes a while to determine what accounts are being referenced. Please add the ability to (manually) enter account nick names / descriptions.

If companies like Credit Karma, Credit Sesame, even new apps like Clarity Money are able to provide the same insights and scores which the individual agencies aren’t able to provide us, why should we pay for your subscriptions? This is not about Experian alone, myFico is way too much as it doesn’t even anyone let in unless you pay for one of its subscriptions! I don’t think that’s the way it must be done and it’s just too bad if you think so. But apart from that I love Experian! This wasn’t just about Experian that I mentioned. Experian is way far better than TransUnion which only provides information to Credit Karma and any other company but itself doesn’t show your score. What say? Experian gives your score and credit report without paying anything. It also offered about two months for me to try the paid service for free. And I loved it. So paid service in these terms are fair and I would any day support Experian which doesn’t gives its score to view in free at Credit Karma but shows us our scores for free.
  • Experian is a criminal company

No one ever asked Experian to compile data on us. They do it without our permission and sell it to banks and other institutions. This is personal data on each of us. It’s one thing to make money off of this data, but to charge us for access to and control over it? That is just plain criminal. The other credit bureaus at least allow you to freeze/lock your credit with them for free. Experian wants 9.99 a month. Experian is a greedy, criminal company.

The only reason this company still exists is due to how hard the subscription is to cancel. Everyone gets the free initial 7 days then never gets a warning about cancelling. We should really blame ourselves cause this is nothing new but just wanted to warn everyone, THIS IS A SCAM. If you wanna check your credit use any other number of actual free sites to do that or most credit card companies offer a service to do that for free. DO NOT USE THIS OR EVEN SIGN UP FOR FREE

$10 to get your credit score but Discover Card will give all of this info and more for free without even being a customer. The only way to get an accurate update is to keep paying. Not worth it at all.
