  • Great!

    By Griffin Ashley
Love this app! Very similar to other workout classes I’ve paid over double the price of the app for only 4 classes/month!
  • Can’t sign up

    By EW2173
I finally decided I want to fork over the money to purchase the annual app plan, and I just tried to create an account in five different ways, and I got error messages. Doesn’t bode well for my investment in this app. Disappointed—but relieved not to have wasted my money.
  • Love it but here’s some feedback:

    By Cali_broski
    1. I wish that the workouts didn’t need equipment or there was an option to do no equipment sometimes. 2. Can you even change the food part and put food you actually ate? 3. I wish I could go to another day and put in rest day.
  • Emails won’t stop

    By whatever15326
I downloaded this app and created an account but then when I saw the price, I deleted it without starting the free trial. I have received an email from Sweat every couple days since then. I followed the link to unsubscribe and chose “unsubscribe from all” after receiving each email. It doesn’t stop the emails. The app could be wonderful, for all I know.
  • Complete scam

    By 3pt14
If i could give zero stars....These people owe me $150. Was foolish enough to pay $30 for "Lifetime Access" and then sent overly complicated instructions which required me to "subscribe". But don't worry, they say. Use your exact name and email and we will turn on your lifetime subscription on the back end. I even emailed the "support" email for them to confirm. Nada. Never happened. I eventually checked and had been charged $20 for five months. I emailed "support" again. No answer. I canceled the subscription on the App. Next month, I am charged again. I finally canceled via Apple Store. Complete scam. Useless app. Don't waste your time or money.
  • Too expensive

    By Kissinhug
This costs more than some gym memberships. It should be five dollars a month. Then, she should get more subscribers.... if it was cheaper they would come in droves
  • Great workout app

    By gailneum
I love Kayla's workouts she gives you great workouts for your arms abs and legs. You can pick and choose which workout you want. I love how you can preview them first. The challenges are pretty awesome also. I am 59 and while I can't do everything I am able to do a lot of her workouts. Thanks for the inspiration!
  • Exercises are too repetitive

    By Katers815
I actually really like the way this app is designed. It tracks your goals and what you've done and the workouts are very easy to follow. My biggest disappointment is that the workouts are too repetitive and I feel bored and unmotivated to do them. I decided to get the yearly subscription right off because it seemed like a better deal, but now I feel like I may have wasted my money. That was my mistake, but I still think the developers should consider providing more variety or at least making it clear in the beginning that you'll be doing the same exercises over and over.
  • Workout are excellent but extra features need improvement.

    By TheWunderluster
Let me start by saying the workouts are excellent. I love the variety of different programs (did about 40 weeks of BBG and now I’m doing the postpartum plan!) to choose from and the thoroughness of each program. The actual production of the workouts is top notch making it incredibly easy to follow. Also, mentally I really enjoy the layout of the workouts. I also like that there is a meal plan includes and there’s a vegan and vegetarian option. That being said, I have yet to actually follow the meal plan because it’s not quite as easy as I would like. >>> With all of that in mind, the app is not perfect. However, I think it could be perfect with a few changes: - Recipes: I love that a meal plan is provided but I find the recipes hard follow. I understand that measuring by weight is the most accurate but I find it very annoying that all measurements are by weight. - Meal plan flexibility: I wish that I could select my meals from a database of all of the meals. - Shopping list: Part of the reason I haven’t used the meal plan much is that I find it a little difficult to navigate and plan ahead. I would loooove a shopping list feature that compiles a shopping list at the start of each week based on the chosen meals. - Searchable meals: I also wish I there was access to all of the meals in a searchable manner. I can select favorites but I don’t get why this feature exists if I can’t easily access my favorite meals - Photo progress: I haven’t been able to get this feature to work well. Random photos come up that weren’t taken in the app. I don’t know how to access previous photos. Maybe I’m just missing something... - Tracking Progress: Maybe, have a element of the all where you can put in your stats (weight, measurements, and photos) and it tracks it. Seriously, overall I really enjoy this app and have now used it consistently for almost a year. I also regularly recommend it to my friends (oh maybe add a referral program!)

This app indicates that you will receive a seven day trial, however it will charge your card attached to your account regardless. It is very deceiving and you shouldn’t download this app. I had to go through the Apple Store to be able to get the charges reversed. Because I was aware of scams like this, I screenshot every part of the process and was able to prove that I was definitely within the seven day trial and that they did indeed charge my card. It is unfortunate that there are still dishonest companies using the App Store.
