    Circle has been a life-saver for our family. We had constant battles over computer time and what was and was not allowed. The existing Apple Mac parental controls are horrible and hard to manage. Circle finally gave us control and peace. I love that you can both see what the kids are doing and administer it remotely — while at work for instance. Circle is by far the best system out there!

    I have already purchased a $400 router and I hate that I need to pay an extra $4.99 a month to use Circle. I could buy the circle device for $99 and NOT have to pay $4.99 a month. I’ve probably spent over $100 on monthly charges. It also slows down the Netgear router substantially. I get 900mb down and 800 up with Circle off but when Circle gets turned on ALL speeds on the network are drastically reduced to a point where I need to disable Circle, reboot the router and contemplate turning Circle on again.

    Paired with Verizon smart family, I can now monitor and limit usage across all devices in the household. I also love the reward feature. I recommend this to all families with children who use electronic devices.

    Circle with Orbi. Easy to setup and use. Easy to give rewards quickly. VPN works on cellular enabled iPhones. Very happy with Circle.

    Its summer now and my family were becoming electronic zombies. The first two days were rough as my girls were throwing fits but after that when they expected the set time to turn off the screens we were doing SO much better!Im looking forward to when school starts and we can test out the rewards more! Worth every penny in my book!!! 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻

    BUT, any time you reset your router or the power goes out, the app stops recognizing your subscription...which means your paying for nothing. And there is absolutely NO customer service to speak of. This is really doing a disservice to the Disney name and their reputation. I spent HOURS looking through endless articles to find an answer, got nowhere, then found a phone number (not online by the way- it was in an email from the first time I had this problem), waited for over 45 minutes and nobody answered. My phone finally died so I still have not found an answer or received a response from the not so fabulous email support. I’m beyond frustrated. I truly love the app when it works, but there is no excuse for not being able to get help and for taking days to reply to paying customers. I will look for another service that is more responsive. :(
